Girls of Grace is coming to Birmingham and we are in need of volunteers to help with the conference, which will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2013, from 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at Valleydale Church, 2324 Valleydale Road, Birmingham, AL 35244. Doors will open at 8 a.m.

This year’s event includes performances by for KING & COUNTRY, Lindsay McCaul, Moriah Peters and Point of Grace, and Renowned Speakers Amber Lehman, Annie Downs, Chris Wheeler, Constance Rhodes and Trudy Cathy White. Girls of Grace teaches girls (6th-12th grade) how to live past the lies of pop culture and discover who they are in Christ.

We are currently in need of runners, load-in crew and merchandise set-up crew on Friday, March 8. On Saturday, March 9, we need the following: Merchandise volunteers, ticketing/box office volunteers, 2 backstage security volunteers and 1 backstage hospitality volunteer. The shifts all end around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday. This is a day-time event.

Other potential duties on Saturday include:

– Assist with registration

– Help with merchandise sales

– Assist with artist / speaker autograph lines

– Place bags, flyers, items on seats

– Event staff, artist and speaker transport
