Teacher Appreciation Week

First Priority & Local Churches Bless Teachers!

May 16, 2022 by Marianne Walker

In an effort to demonstrate our appreciation, First Priority and local churches partnered together during Teacher Appreciation Week to provide teachers and administration with various goodies, meals, gift cards, handwritten notes and much more!

We are truly grateful for teachers and administration and all they do for our students! We wanted to take the opportunity to encourage and bless them, and show our appreciation for all their hard work. We were able to personally bless First Priority faculty sponsors and principals from over 100 schools across Greater Birmingham with teacher appreciation gifts. Many local churches adopted schools and provided the entire school staff with meals, goody baskets, gift cards, handwritten notes and much more. We would like to thank all those who contributed their time and resources to help make Teacher Appreciation Week a huge success, we couldn’t have done it without you! Please take a moment to thank and recognize teachers for their hard work and all they do for students.
Thank you teachers and administrators for all the sacrifices you make on a daily basis! We appreciate your labor of love and service for our students. We pray you have a blessed summer!

May 4, 2021 by Marianne Walker

In an effort to demonstrate our appreciation, for almost two months, First Priority and local churches have partnered to provide teachers and administration with various goodies, meals, gift cards and handwritten notes from students.

Nearly 3,000 Teachers From 100 Schools

It has been an extremely difficult year for teachers and administration and we wanted to recognize their perseverance and show our appreciation for all their hard work. We are very excited that, with the help of donors, local churches and students, nearly 3,000 faculty members from 100 different schools across the Greater-Birmingham Area have been blessed through our teacher appreciation efforts so far with more taking place this week. We would like to thank all those who contributed their time and resources to help make this happen, we couldn’t have done it without you! Teacher appreciation will continue throughout this week. Please take a moment to thank and recognize teachers for their hard work and all they do for students.

Thank you teachers and administrators for all the sacrifices you have made for students during this unprecedented time. We appreciate your labor of love and service for our students. We pray you have a blessed summer!
