The Birmingham Parenting Collective is a youth worker and parent training weekend February 2-3, sponsored by Asbury United Methodist Church, Double Oak Community Church and Meadow Brook Baptist Church. The conference speaker will be Dr. Walt Mueller. Walt serves as the President for the Center for Parent/Youth Understanding and trains parents and youth workers around the country on how to help engage students in a postmodern culture.
