This year’s See You at the Pole (SYATP) will be Wednesday, September 23. The theme is “United” – “They all met together and were constantly UNITED in prayer.” Acts 1:14. The global week of student prayer will be Sunday, September 20, through Saturday, September 26, 2015.
SYATP is the annual global day of student prayer. All around the globe, in every time zone, millions of students will gather around their school’s flagpole for a time of prayer for the 25th Annual SYATP, a student-initiated, student-organized and student-led event. Before school, tens of thousands of students locally will join together at their school’s flagpole in prayer for their friends, families, school, city, state and nation.
SYATP is a movement that began in 1990. It originated with one youth group, meeting at night at several schools in the community during a weekend retreat. SYATP brings students to their school flagpoles to intercede for their leaders, schools and families, asking God to bring moral and spiritual awakening to their campuses and countries.
